Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)

The Construction Industry Training Board is responsible for the provision of training to all construction disciplines, including roofing. Slating and Tiling is the area of main focus to the CITB but flat roofing courses are also available.

Bain and Irvine Ltd pay a levy of £4300 per annum to the CITB which enables the company to make use of the many training courses available.

Our apprentice currently attends the Granton Campus where, at the conclusion of his 4 year course, he will achieve SCQ Level 2 in Slating and Tiling.
